Refund policy

We offer a smooth and simple return/exchange process with the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

  • Customer must self-ship the return package to our warehouse.

Charges

  • A flat ₹100 will be borne by the customer for return or exchange processing.

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are issued via Gift Cards, as per RBI guidelines.

  • Gift Cards can be used on any new purchase from Curtiq and do not expire within the legally permitted period.

  • Partial COD amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used, worn, damaged, or tag-removed products.

  • Products sent back without prior approval or request.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not credited back to bank accounts; they are processed via store credit/gift cards only.

  • Store credit will be issued after the returned product passes quality check (QC).

  • QC typically takes 24–72 hours after we receive the parcel.

  • If the product fails QC, the customer must bear the reshipping cost to get the product back.
